To enable families to benefit from improved employability; to favour a balance between family and professional responsibilities; to favour a more equal division of these responsibilities between the sexes.
To redefine the welfare policy wherein services for the people are a guarantee of quality of life, consequently ensuring that women can reconcile their jobs and families. |

Activity 1: Surveys and research
The research aims at providing the operators involved with potential solutions based on the actual knowledge of the problem and thus make it possible to highlight the phenomenon.
Activity 2: Start-ups aimed at supplying child care services
The initiatives provide for introductory training activities for start-ups aimed at supplying child care services.
Specifically, the purpose of these activities is to create specialised services intended for the children and for their families as well as child care services specialised in different fields of intervention and for the different subjects involved
Activity 3: Training activities
Professional training aimed at the start-up and management of new services for children and families
Technical and legal support as well as bureaucratic and administrative advice concerning the creation of child care services
In-house work experiences or training within the municipality’s structures in order to benefit from direct experience with the environment and issues involved
Activity 4: Creating a portal
Activity 5: Promoting the project and disseminating the results
Activity 6: Creating a transnational partnership
