to assess the situation of the people, to provide them medical and social care where they live, to direct them towards other structures if necessary
General Objective: Giving to people suffering from great exclusion the opportunity to integrate a process from emergency social care to long term integration (social and professional) |

A mobile team of assistance (nurse, social worker, chauffeur) cruises three nights a week across Cayenne
Activity 1: Housing people in the shelter
The persons will be brought by the samusocial mobile team and will be offered in the center food, hygiene facilities, clothes
This should be the first step towards an (re)integration process
Activity 2: Social and medical care
Professionals (doctors, nurses, social workers) will meet people in the center in order to assess their situation
Women will be offered some special services by institutions specialised in women’s care
This should lead to an individual project of integration
Activity 3: Towards social and professional integration
Set up of a network of partners involved in professional integration
This should lead to concrete and adapted proposals for some persons
housed in the shelter (training programs, sponsored job opportunities…)
Activity 4: Search and study on great exclusionCollect data on great exclusion, on local and transnational level (identify possible answers)
Analyze collected data to propose innovative projects to political bodies and lobby them
Set up a transnational network on great exclusion
